Volunteer Spotlight: Meet Sarah Ahmed

Every great organization is built on the dedication of its volunteers. Today, we spotlight Sarah Ahmed, a 28-year-old medical professional who has been volunteering with Al-Insaf Foundation since 2022.

Sarah first heard about us through a friend and decided to join our medical camp team. Since then, she has participated in over 30 medical camps across Bangladesh, providing free healthcare to thousands of patients.

Sarah's Journey:

  • Joined as a volunteer in March 2022
  • Participated in 30+ medical camps
  • Provided care to 2,000+ patients
  • Now leads the medical volunteer program

  • "When I see a mother's relief after her child receives treatment, or an elderly person who hasn't seen a doctor in years finally getting care — that's why I do this," Sarah shares.

Beyond medical camps, Sarah has helped train over 50 new medical volunteers and developed the foundation's community health education curriculum.

If Sarah's story has inspired you, we invite you to join our volunteer community. Every skill and every hour of service makes a real difference.
