Clean Water Project Reaches 10,000 Families

Access to clean water is a fundamental human right. Our Clean Water Project has reached a significant milestone — 10,000 families now have access to safe drinking water in rural Bangladesh.

The project involved drilling over 200 deep tube wells and installing water purification systems in 15 villages across Sylhet and Mymensingh districts. Each well serves approximately 50 families, ensuring a sustainable supply throughout the year.

Key Achievements:

  • 200+ deep tube wells installed
  • 15 villages covered across two districts
  • Water quality testing conducted monthly
  • Community maintenance committees formed in each village

  • Local community leader Mr. Karim said, "Before this project, our children were always sick from waterborne diseases. Now, we have clean water and our children are healthy and attending school regularly."

Our team of engineers and community workers spent 18 months on this project, working closely with local government officials and community leaders. The project was funded by generous donors from around the world who believed in our mission.

Looking ahead, we plan to expand the project to cover 10 more villages by the end of 2025, reaching an additional 5,000 families.
